Making the decision to come into residential care can be difficult for some people. At Cloverdale we work with you to ensure that any decision is supported and our trained staff are here to make the transition as smooth as possible to ensure that it soon feels like home. It is important to us that each person is treated as an individual and we therefore encourage you to personalise your room to make it familiar and comfortable. Our staff will work with you to get to know you by using life story work, photos and look at your interests to enhance our knowledge on each new resident.
If you are currently caring for an elderly person at home and you need a break, or they just need a change of routine and scenery, we can offer short term respite care tailored to your specific needs. This can be pre booked or at short notice if required.
